The following is a compilation of E-Mails sent from her mailing list.

I am going to endeavor to share with you, an e mail at a time, a
booklet that I received from my master teacher Daephrenocles called "How
to connect with your spiritual helpers, the Angels, Master Teachers and
Spirit Guides" through Lori Jean Flory from Daephrenocles. We all have
many beings of light, messengers, beloved friends sent by God to help us
walk our walk. Daephrenocles is one of the ones with me.

If you know anyone else who wants to receive these lessons as time goes
by let me know, they are free.

Often times when the room is dark (such as if I have just gone to bed)
he will fill up the entire room with scintillating vibrating lavender
and golden light to the point to where the room is no longer dark but
golden and lavender. If my eyes are open or closed I still see it.
Sometimes when I first open my eyes in the am I will see his light and
it  bursts like a fourth of July fireworks display.

We call him Mr. D. - his name means in loose translation of his energies
"Healer of Hearts" he says. Out of something like 80 who are around here
I am told .... (no better or less, we are ALL blessed with these
friends!) he is the one that I think is around me the most all the time
... though they can easily multi locate and be 1000 places at once if they
choose:) But the love is always there.

It was something that came about, this booklet, as a result of my
teaching classes and workshops and receiving the same questions from my
students, so we finally just put all the questions and answers (to the
best of our ability we are still learning too!) into booklet form and
gave them to students in other classes, so that they would have
something to take with them. I always like to give people sometime to
take home with them when I have taught in the past.

The Angels would always give us a gift when we were all gathered
together. Sometimes the fragrance of roses when none were present
physically or incense, meadow flowers, vanilla, jasmine etc .... one
time we were gifted with the sound of etheric flute music that everyone
heard. Always for the good of the group. We are all students and
teachers. For some, some of this may not be new:) and yet to others it might be:)

I am guided to share it with you a little bit at a time:) As I shared
another booklet called "Listening to the Light within, Manifesting what
you want" awhile back. Kind of in segments.

are making connection and lovingly communicating with us! Gain wisdom,
loving insight, knowledge and awareness!
Bring joy into your life for they come to HELP and to LOVE only! This
informative series of e mails will bring both inspiration and
enlightenment and joy into your awareness. For the more we understand
how our wondrous friends of light are communicating with us, the more we
can open our hearts to them and invite them into our lives on a much
more conscious level.

This is dedicated to the beautiful light within each of us and to the
radiant spiritual helpers who never leave us, looking after us always.

This booklet was something that I did back in 1992, 1993. I hope you
will enjoy this journey together:)


When we allow highly evolved Spiritual Helpers to assist us, not only
are we benefiting from their assistance in our growth but simply by
allowing these beautiful beings of light to help us, we are
automatically helping them to grow as well. Its is a co creative
partnership of light and of love with God. The I AM that I AM in all
that I AM.

We receive inspiration from the higher realms of spirit every day. When
we excel in music, writing and all creative endeavors, it is like a
waterfall of light that has no limit flowing around and through us. The
great writers, artists, musicians and all who have given humanity joy
all received from the higher realms of love and peace.

There is always beauty in simplicity. We all have many teachers of light
around us and Daephrenocles who is a Joy guide for me (he can be so
profound and yet so funny) used to describe it to students like this:

You know the Denver Broncos. (or any football team). You have many
members of a football team just as you have many members of the group of
guidance around you. Some of them have different specialties and areas
of work and help, some may come and go at times and others are with you
all the time, but all work together as a team. All are there to love you
and to help you at all times.

Lesson #2 How to Connect with your Spiritual Helpers



Who are the Spiritual Helpers: The Angels, Master Teachers and Spirit
Guides?

Our Spiritual Helpers, because they assist us with our spiritual growth
during our time of expression upon planet earth are our unseen family,
our friends sent by God. We could say they are like a band or team of
beauteous light energies that come to planet earth with each and every
one of us. NO ONE comes to be born upon this earth without them, no
matter who.

Their love is unconditional and all encompassing no matter what we do or
who we are. It matters not what our beliefs regarding them may be,
whether we believe they exist or not, irregardless they are there
anyway. What a comforting thought! They are here to love us, to assist
us, and guide us through life. They won't learn our lessons FOR us but
will always help us. They lead us to the light switch so to speak but we
have to make the choice to turn it on. Its a partnership.

They think nothing of self and are here to love and to help only! They
will not ever impose. They will respect our free will and choice
individually and collectively and await our invitation to be a larger
part of our awareness.

Why can we not see them?

There is a simple reason for this. The most profound things are always
simple. Since they are not currently in a physical body as we are,
although many have been before and understand what we are going through
... their light is vibrating at a higher, faster rate than ours is,
while in physical body. LIGHT is the true, beautiful essence of who we
truly are. Our physical bodies vibrate at a slower rate. All that exists
is light and energy. For example look at ice, water and steam.

We in the physical are more like (not literally but figuratively or
symbolically for our purpose of explaining here) the ice that is solid.
When the vibration of the ice begins to speed up, then it becomes water.
Those in the higher realms are like the steam. When the vibrational
frequency of the water speeds up, it becomes steam and the steam then
disappears from our physical sight. however this does not mean the steam
is gone, it still exists, just in a different dimension of light
frequency.

Its essence is still there. So as we grow spiritually and lift up our
consciousness through the qualification of our thoughts, feelings, words
and actions - through love and kindness in our lives ....  our spiritual
soul abilities begin to open up.We have physical sense but we also have
spiritual sense as well. Our abilities of the SOUL.

So are the abilities of the soul open up, we have clairaudience
(hearing), Clairvoyance (seeing), clairsentience (sensing). They quicken
and grow and open like a blooming flower as one blooms in one's growth.
The light of God comes to us as pure it is up to us as to how we choose
to qualify that energy with thoughts, actions, words and feelings.

So as we grow, our own individual and collective vibrational frequency
will increase and go higher, closer to that of our spiritual helpers of
light. We will then perceive more on all levels for the highest good of
all concerned. Some of these guides have walked the earth before just as
we are now. Many have been as old friends to us over many, many past
lifetimes. It is a truth that sometimes t hey have been the ones to walk
the earth and it is WE who have been THEIR guides, remaining in spirit.

Daephrenocles jokes with me that it is like a toss of a coin. He is
jesting of course. Many of the master teachers, angels and guides around us we have known since we were first brilliant sparks of light, of the Source, of God, of
the one. Our spiritual helpers remember when in the very beginning we
all expressed as pure light, love and spirit and we STILL ARE! We must
remember this ....

We are beautiful pure spiritual beings adjusting to journeying in the
human form and not vice versa. We are enlightened, magnificent,
beautiful beings of light now.

Lesson #3  How to Connect with Your Spiritual Helpers

An Angel, Master Teacher or Spiritual Guidance will lovingly assist us
and may suggest things to us but will NEVER tell one what to or how to
do it. Free Choice is always an option. Always listen to the light of
your heart, to the light of truth within. They will lead us to the light
switch so to speak, but we must turn it on:) In other words they will
help us with our lessons, with love, courage, clarity and strength but
not remove our growth or lessons. It is a co creative partnership ....
the light through me but not me in partnership with the light.

The light of God comes to us as pure, it is up to us as to how we will
qualify that light through our own thoughts, actions, feelings and
words. If our intent is to receive from only the highest (and beyond)
source of love, truth and light, attune with divine alignment from
within, and daily make an effort to keep our consciousness high, then we
will experience that higher level of experience. Our own thoughts,
intent and desire are powerful in creating our outer expression, which
comes from the light within.

I have always found that when I have listened to the God light within my
heart, I've been guided the right way and when I haven't that's when I
have gotten into trouble:) So I learned long ago to listen:)
