Lesson #5 How to Connect with Your Spiritual Helpers
Each of us has an aura of light around us. All living
things do! Energy
is everywhere, everything that is consists of energy and light. Viewing
the aura of a Spiritual Helper's light energy is a joyous gift given to
all of us. It is a subtle sign that they are there protecting and loving
us. I daily see these sparkles and flows of light. Sometimes I have seen
a whole room enveloped in Daephrenocles lavender and gold aura. It is
such a wonderful thing once one is used to it. The lights and bright
sparkles of color show the presence of a friend from the higher realms
of light.
We may feel a profound sense of love and comfort from the heart center
or heart chakra. Daephrenocles name I am told means something like
"Healer of Hearts". My soul name Alaeyash means Soothing Flower of
Light which is my soul vibration.
So there is an emphasis in working through the heart center to
gently
remind us of our own magnificence. Sometimes we may smell the fragrance
of incense, roses, vanilla, sage, or other flowers or fragrances when
there is not a noticeable physical source present. I sometimes smell
sweet meadow flowers or vanilla. Sometimes a loved one who has passed
over may give you a smell that you would associate with them to remind
you of their presence. For example when I was a child, my grandma Jean
had mothballs in the closet. If I happen to smell mothballs (something I
have never used) then I know she is around.
It could be any aroma that would bring about a specific memory of a
loved one passed on, be it cigars or apple pie. Its a validation given.
Our Master Teachers, Angels and guides - friends sent by God who are
part of God just as we are, are all a part of a team. They are like a
big family. I can't imagine life without them after all of these years!
Our home is their home (God's home) too. Some of them have specialties
or expertise in certain areas just as we do. These Spiritual Helpers
work with our spiritual philosophies and growth. They assist with all
areas of our lives. Some are with us for life and some come and go,
depending upon where we are with our growth and awareness.
These beings of light are as close to us as our very breath and heart
beat. When you think of them it is like a hotline - they hear you and
are there. Just like a switchboard. Some of them have walked physically
upon the earth and some of them have not. They understand what each of
us are going through each day. They have learned to raise above the
limitations of planet Earth through loving service to the ONE, the
Source, the Isness of All - God, of whom we are all a part.
Our Spiritual Helpers are preparing us, to receive the higher
frequencies of light in our conscious awareness. It all depends upon our
readiness. Step by step they lovingly work with us. When the student is
ready the teacher appears!
Along with the beings of Light who come to love and bless us on our
journey through life, we in the physical are also beautiful beings of
pure spirit, love and light. we are here to balance wisdom, truth, power
and love with compassion.
Spiritual Helpers are humble and are always here to love us!

Lesson #6 How to Connect With Your Spiritual Helpers
In our totality, we are each such
vast beings of light, that only a
small portion of our total being manifests through our physical selves
..... there just isn't enough room for the TOTAL being to completely fit
into one beautiful body:) .... so you are like a wondrous fountain of
light. There is simply not a way to get all the knowledge and all the
wisdom of all those lifetimes into one body.
Our spiritual Helpers will always walk with us, upon our journey of
learning yet more about ourselves, others and the world around us.
The light of the soul, the Higher self, are the sum total of all we
have
ever been. Along with the physical body, as have an emotional, a mental,
a spiritual body, etc. There is so much more to you than who you see in
the mirror.
For example you have your seven chakras front and back and now the
Thymus chakra that is a blend of the throat and heart chakras. There are
many chakras that exist above the head, as well as in each of the palms
of your hands (where healing light energy comes through) and in the base
of each of your feet as well ...... so much more than just the seven
layers of the aura .... each chakra flowing through all seven layers as
well.
Barbara Brennan has excellent books on these subtle energetics to
learn
yet more about yourself:) Read about the Core Star, the Tan Tien, the
Soul Seat, the Hara Line, the ID point etc ...... these are all
energetics as well, existing above and beyond the above mentioned. All
actually exist in the finer realms seen with clairvoyant or higher sense
sight. Barbara's books Hands of Light and Light Emerging, are both
EXCELLENT for learning much more about the subtle energy systems within
each of us.
You will learn much about how we relate to one another in the unseen,
even as two people stand and converse. She really makes a lot of sense

Our
vastness is not separate from the soul or higher self .... we are
powerful spiritual beings adjusting to being human and not the reverse.
All beauty upon the earth came from spirit first filtering down into
manifesting in our realm and not vice versa.
God, the one light of many names is a loving, awesome presence. I AM
that I AM in all that I AM.
The I AM exists in us all - none are better or less. The angels, the
Masters, Guides, Nature Elementals, all are one with God, the great I AM
just as we are:) All in joyous service of the all that is. The Source,
the Isness of All. The one of many names. But one light.
You might say that our Spiritual Helpers are like Travel Agents who have
planned the itinerary for our sojourn into physical expression this
lifetime upon the earth. They are like a part of us, our loving friends,
who have stayed home in the realms of higher light to be on hand, at our
invitation and request, in case questions, needs of problems arise --
just as a travel agent would be. I only came up with that example because
I used to be a Travel Agent:)
Its like having a Cosmic Hotline as they hear your thoughts. They
are
always unconditionally loving us, and silently observing until we invite
them to be a larger part of our awareness. They will not impose. This is
a source of insight and inspiration that still small voice within. To
match every physical sense is a higher essence of the soul, that is each
of us.
Our Spiritual Helpers are guiding us always. along with our higher or
soul self, and communicate with us through symbols, intuition,
inspiration and flashes of insight. MEDITATION is such an important tool
in developing an ability to attune, observe and listen to your
intuition, to the inner sense. All answers are within!
