Lesson #8 How to Connect with your Spiritual Helpers
Here is a meditative inspiration from Daephrenocles:
" In our view as you meditate, your soul is like a calm, crystal clear,
blue lake. Know you that, when you toss a pebble into the lake, it
creates circular waves of current that move out and out. These waves of
frequency and vibration are like your thoughts creating thought forms
moving out. In our realms, thoughts are real things. So as you grow and
connect with us, with your God light within, the great I AM ..... more
and more, and with your own soul light ........ it is important to keep
your thoughts, your intent, feelings, words, actions higher and more
attuned with the higher light.
For I tell you, it is much easier, for we who have come to help and
to
love you, to assist you, if the lake of your soul - your mind and
emotions - is calm, and there are no waves of upset static frequency
telepathically being sent and received. Is it not easier to communicate
when one radio station is broadcasting and not the static of two of more
at once? You see? When you are feeling upset, it is as though the lake
of your soul has waves and our reflection is not clear .... we can
reflect upon your inner waters more clearly when the waters are calm.
You see? It will make the process much smoother for the higher good of
all concerned. We love you and we bless you always! - Daephrenocles"

Lesson #9 How to Connect with your Spiritual Helpers
Will we feel overwhelmed by the intensity of our Spiritual Helpers Light
and Energies?
Our Spiritual Helpers will always "step their energies
down" in
frequency and vibration so that the energy feels comfortable to us. It
is as thought they step the energies down or slow the rate of vibration
down, through the dimensions to a level that feels good for our
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. These beautiful helpers
of God, these beings of light are like electric force fields of light in
seamless robes of white. Their auras are radiant!
Lets describe it like this: We all know of electrical power plants that
bring us electrical energy that we all need in every day life. Power
plants have main stations, then sub stations to step the energies down
so that the electric circuits are not over charged. Similar to this
process, our Spiritual Helpers will step their energies down so that it
can be integrated by us. As we grow and our consciousness and
vibrational energy becomes high in frequency, we are able to handle and
experience more energy as the spiritual gifts of the soul open up.
Eventually coming to a point where they maybe only have to step
their
energies down, say, half way, because we are lifting up our own
consciousness and meeting them half way. Eventually rather than being a
"sub station" coming closer to the level of the power plant itself, or
that of our spiritual helpers.
We all have these beautiful helpers that God sends to love and help us,
around us, the Angels, Master Teachers and higher Spiritual guidance's.
For example, sometimes an Ascended Master Teacher might access the
assistance of one of your other guides to acclimate you to the energies
and eventually be able to handle the energies of the Master Teacher.
Its like a car that speeds up one mile at a time, growth being
integrated a step at a time, so that it is comfortable but not
overwhelming. We are never given more than we can handle.
We are each like radio stations, telepathically broadcasting, sending,
receiving energy in each day and everywhere we are. Thoughts are real
things, or thought forms in the finer realms of light. Thought is the
mode of communication in the higher realms. Our helpers hear our
thoughts and know each of us better than we know ourselves:)
As clairaudience develops, we will be able to hear them whisper to
us on
an audible level. I hear them in this way often. I hear Daephrenocles in
this way. In the higher realms of light, Beings of Light also can
recognize one another by patterns of auric color, light, vibration,
frequency .... each pattern being individual and unique. Kind of like a
Business Card or calling card we might have. They also perceive the
totality of our auras, and patterns of light, color and energy that each
of us are.
Each of us also has our own unique "tone", like a sound or musical tone.
Quite amazing we are, more than we think. I will tell you a little
story. One day, oh about 1993 sometime I think it was ............. I
was at home and talking to my husband Charles while he was working on an
Astrology chart for a client. I began to observe patterns of light
around him and little tiny pyramids in his aura, hundreds of them
........ I then began to notice the same patterns of light flashing
around myself and also began to notice tiny pyramids of light flashing
around myself and this went on for about 20 minutes ......... even when
I went and looked in the mirror it persisted .........
So we all also have "light geometries" that are a part of
the language
of light around us as well. One day I asked Daephrenocles why he said
that he enjoyed riding the bus with me to work in the am and he said
that he loved to observe people's auric fields of light.
