An excerpt: NEXT TO THE LIGHT, ALL ELSE IS ILLUSION Beloved one, when you are in meditation, envision yourself as a pine cone, that floats upon the surface of a still calm, pond of the clearest water that you can imagine. See yourself as that pine cone floating quietly upon the waters. The day is filled with sunshine that reflects off the water in many sparkles of light. This is how it feels when one is truly centered within the light. It is as if one is floating in balance and calmness and supported by the waters of tranquil emotion. What a scene of beauty and clarity! When you are so centered, we angels are able to see right into the depths of you, just as you are imagining yourself to be the pine cone, could see clearly down through the depths of the clear water. This beauty, this light, is the real you. All else in the world is illusion when it is next to the light.
