Beloved one, when you are in meditation, envision yourself as a pine cone, that floats upon the surface of a still calm, pond of the clearest water that you can imagine. See yourself as that pine cone floating quietly upon the waters. The day is filled with sunshine that reflects off the water in many sparkles of light.
