This is a difficult situation to help without direct interaction with the people who are experiencing voices, dream contact and paranormal experiences. These symptoms and experiences can be the result of many different things, and yes...one of them being of the paranormal/psychic arts.

PLEASE be careful when seeking out guidance in this matter. Unfortunately there are psychics (actual and fraudulent) who will tap a nice price tag to helping you.
Where these will be a fee for most consultations, it doesn't have to be off the chart and outrageous.
Also, you may want to go to www.ghoststudy.com and post your experiences to see if one of the experts there can lend some insight to what is going on.
Without my knowing a bit more about this situation, it is hard for me to say.
Off the cuff...and once again, without truly knowing added information it sounds like your friends do actually have a telepathic connection.
This would happen because they are on the same vibration. To kind of explain that a bit more.... Imagine tuning into a radio station. All of those numbers on the number dial. And it is like your friends broadcast from the same dial. Their "frequencies" are identical. And they hear, feel, and see psychically in the same manner. They are hearing, feeling, and seeing -together- what some cannot see at all.
Now here is another possibiltity.... Your friends, could BOTH be naturally psychic. There are times, when people do not study to be psychic and they are just incredibly psychic from birth or spontaneous abilities develop. (Spontaneous abilty can happen from trauma either physical like that of a car accident, near death experience etc etc...and emotional trauma can happen from an occurance that upsets the individual) ANYWAY.... With this possibility, if both of your friends are naturally psychic, what is happening when they interact, their abilities will enhance. They will become more psychic as a unit. I can tell this happen to me when I am with my friends who are psychics, or when I am working at a psychic festival. The energy is so strong, it amps already present psychic abilitys.

Now here is what I can DEFINITELY advise without personally talking to your friends.
What is MOST IMPORTANT is that they are psychically protected. If they are "open books" we want to make sure they are safe. Psychics, sensitives, empaths are magnets. They feel everything and they draw everything to them. We want to make sure that only LIGHT is drawn to them.
I know this sounds like a public service announcement ;) but you want to make sure they practice SAFE PSYCHIC PROTECTION & DEVELOPMENT....(Sounds like a condom ad here)
What I can suggest and would recommend your friends beginning without delay is for them to do a morning and evening prayer. It doesn't have to be fancy. Just simply ask that their "Angels Of Protection" keep and watch over them through out their day. Ask that you remain safe and protected in all journies. And in all thoughts.
Also, I felt like you were younger as I read your letter. There is a great book by Stacey Wolf called Psychic Living. Stacey has a great writing style for the younger set of psychics. Stacey used to work for MTV and has such a humorous approach at developing and maintaining safe psychic habits!
Again that book is Psychic Living by Stacey Wolf. And I think you can find it at most bookstores or Amazon.com
