You promised to give me a full refund and by law you only have 30 days in which to do this. If I am not refunded in full, 30 days from the date you verbally told me you would refund my money in full, I am having my attorney contact you and your bank to process a denial of any future credit card transactions which will prohibit you from being able to conduct any business taking a customer's credit card. I will also have my attorney, who is a dear friend of the family, call the FTC on you and get things started through them. You can refund my money nicely now, or I will see you in court and it will cost you much much more. May your angels guide you.
