Your friends are not going crazy. Those are beings stucked in between places. I know it sounds weird, however; I have one question: Do you believe in God? YES... but you have never seen Him/Her! Then you must be NUTS! Even the bible says that the soul leaves the body and goes to "heaven". What happens to the souls that do not want to take the journey... remeber "free will"..., where they go? They stay behind looking for an answer, a favor, a prayer!
